Sweet seixteen decoration ideas...?

so i have a great place for my sweet sixteen and i dotn know how to decorate my chairs....the chairs are regular folding chairs and i kinda wanna decorate them but i want it to be cheap really really very cheap!!! its just that u know their brown ick! also i need ideas on how to cover over a fireplace or make it look like its not there cause the building that im at has a fireplace and its a church so there are pews in the room...so i need ideas on how to cover stuffand some good ideas for walls!
