What i was trying to ask is ,what is going to happen to the third world?

they say that the sun will eventually burn out so that is why you have space exploration to find new habitat to sustain human life and the survival of the species.what will happen to the countries that are technologically backward to build their own space craft.you can't take everybody.would this be a form of natural selection?
